Decay

This is a piece focusing on plants and patterns.  I was trying to show how decay can be beautiful.

This is my first piece for advanced art.  We were supposed to be inspired by an artist from a magazine we were given.  I responded to the artist Sean Cheetham.  I reacted to the strong shadows he had in his portraits and the urban, rough backgrounds.  Here are a few of his paintings that I like.
